True to the word artisan, Liam and his team believe that butchers should butcher and nothing is bought in. They offer locally sourced produce that is grass fed, free range and hormone free with an emphasis on nose to tail eating. Liam has reinvented the old fashioned butcher, using traditional methods to prepare everything right here in store.
